The U.S. Business Do Not Call Registry offers Businesses an opportunity to help stop telemarketing calls to their phone lines. We maintain
the First and Only database of businesses that will not accept telephone sales offers and may file complaints on companies
that may be using “unreasonable telemarketing practices”. The way this accomplished is by using the following methods:

| We are able to limit unwanted telemarketing calls to business phone lines by teaching those responsible for answering the phone, the proper way to handle telemarketing calls and how to file complaints using our service. |

| Advocacy |
| We advocate for Small Businesses by contacting telemarketing companies and informing them that our customers do not want to be called and will not make purchases over the phone. Telemarketing companies are willing to honor this request because it cost effective for them to remove non responders from their calling lists. |

| If a telemarketing company declines access to the Registry and continues to call Registry members, complaints may be filed and forwarded to the FCC. The FCC will inform the telemarketing company of the complaint and determine if investigative and / or enforcement actions are required. |
